Hi I am McKenna! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training. I recently graduated from University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh with my Masters in Professional Counseling, emphasis in clinical mental health, in the spring of 2024. My belief is that everyone can heal and grow. I believe that people know themselves best and use a collaborative approach to sessions. My ultimate goal is to create a safe space for you to learn, grow, and heal as you discover exactly who you want to be!

My interest areas include anxiety, depression, life stressors, adjustment, and social skills. I use an eclectic approach to therapy including approaches like client centered, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and strength-based perspective while incorporating client’s goals, values, and strengths to give each client the best possible experience. As a lifelong learner my goal is to continually bring in new ideas, research, and techniques to offer the best services possible.

I have experience working with ages 10 and beyond! I have found a love for helping people through all stages of their life. This experience includes work in a private practice setting as well as school-based counseling.
