Hi! My name is Olivia and I aim to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for individuals to feel understood and valued. Whether you are feeling stuck, managing distressing mental health symptoms, navigating a difficult life transition, or hoping to engage in introspection, I look forward to being a part of your healing journey. I consider it a privilege to hear your story and help walk you through the hard parts of life.

I work primarily with individuals ages 11 and above. I especially enjoy working with women, young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and those in transitional stages of life. My areas of interest include working with individuals experiencing
anxiety, depression, grief & loss, self-esteem difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a passion for supporting clients navigating women’s health issues such as perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges and infertility/pregnancy loss.

I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and helping clients tap into their inner strengths and resilience to promote personal growth and healing. I draw upon evidence-
based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. I have experience working with diverse individuals across the lifespan in outpatient settings.

I practice under the direct supervision of Julianne Morrison LPC, NCC, and work out of the Oak Creek and Cedarburg offices. I also take virtual appointments.

Please call or email to schedule an appointment.
